Watch culture come alive through the stone drums located in front of each gate, and see the layout of traditional Beijing courtyards. You will even have the unique opportunity to meet a local family! With a local guide, visit a Beijing family for about 15 minutes to see how they live their daily lives; interact with this family and form a connection between your cultures.

Visit the Drum Tower, built during the Yuan dynasty over 700 years ago; climb the tower of this historic symbol of Beijing for beautiful panoramic views of the city. Prince Gong’s Mansion was the private home of He Shen, an important official during Emperor Qianlong's reign. During Emperor Xianfeng's reign, it was given to Prince Gong and is now the most well-preserved mansion in Beijing, attracting thousands of visitors each year!
