We will leave the hotel in Pucón early in the morning at the agreed time to go to Melipeuco about 124 km from the city. Until reach one of the most relevant places in the region, which is the Conguillío National Park.
The Conguillío emerged in 1950 as a Forest Reserve and in 1970 it was granted the classification of National Park. In 1987 merges with the Paraguas park, due to its ecological characteristics and common geographical areas, so its sovereignty currently extends to 60,833 hectares of surface.
The park is characterized by its extensive forest mass, in which the araucaria stands out accompanied by other species, as well as the lagoons with their pure and crystalline waters. The park has 13 signposted trails in total, and among the main attractions that we will find, we can point out the Llaima volcano, Green lagoons, Arco Iris, Captrén and Quepe, Lake Conguillío, this lake located at the foot of Sierra Nevada and framed with abundant native vegetation, large araucarias, forests of Coigüe, Lenga, Cypress.

Also during the trek we will be able to appreciate the different flows oflava of the Llaima Volcano, which extends to about 3,125 meters above sea level. It is one of the most impressive points for everyone since we will find in the place lava base conformations hardly seen in another part of the world.
