Detailed Description
11:40 AM – On San Antonio de los Cobres we will embark on the emblematic Train to the Clouds, beginning your journey through magnificent Andean landscapes.
12:00 PM – The train departs, traveling at 35 km/h. Enjoy captivating views as you contemplate, photograph, and experience the beauty of nature.
1:00 PM – We will arrive at the iconic Polvorilla Viaduct, the highest structure of the railway branch C-14, standing 63 meters above ground at over 4,200 meters above sea level. Here, you’ll have 30 minutes to explore, take incredible photos, and soak in the breathtaking surroundings.
After exploring the viaduct, reboard the train for the return trip to San Antonio de los Cobres, enjoying more stunning vistas along the way.
Around 2:45 PM we arrive back in San Antonio de los Cobres, concluding your unforgettable adventure through the Andes.
