Morro de São Paulo is one of the main tourist regions in the state of Bahia. The great demand of visitors can be credited to clean sands and warm waters, or perhaps to the presence of mangroves and abundance of Atlantic forest. The fact is that the place, which is an area of environmental preservation, is full of countless paradisiacal beaches that win anyone who sets foot there.
So that we can have the complete experience of the destination, we will make an interesting trip starting from Salvador. Our first means of transportation will be a Mar Grande speedboat or ferry boat. Already in this starting path, just after the exit, we will have the chance to enjoy a special view of the Bahian capital: the beauties all of the land seen directly from the sea.
The first stop is on the Island of Itaparica, where we will leave the boat and begin to travel by land. We will continue along the Funil Bridge, which connects the island to the mainland, to the municipality of Valença, a region belonging to the Dendê Coast. We will arrive at Ponta do Curral where once again we will alternate the means of transportation, back to a boat for a short journey of only ten minutes to Morro de São Paulo. Paradisiac beaches of clear waters and white sand besides coconut trees and Atlantic forest that make up the perfect scenery for the visitors of this island. There, we will walk to the fourth beach, with a stop to relax and swim .
