Detailed Description
We begin our journey between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. towards Torres del Paine National Park. The first stops are at the Sarmiento Lake viewpoint, Amarga Lagoon viewpoint, and then Paine River Waterfall, where we’ll have the opportunity to see the Torres del Paine from different angles. After that, we make the official entrance to the park through the Amarga Lagoon checkpoint, where the CONAF office is located. You must present your entrance ticket (QR code) to continue the route inside the park.
Once inside, we’ll enjoy privileged views of the entire Paine Massif and its main peaks such as Paine Grande, the Cuernos del Paine, and Almirante Nieto, among others. We will visit the most popular areas including Nordenskjöld Lake, Pehoe Lake, Paine River, Grey Lake, and the Grey Glacier viewpoint. If the weather allows, we’ll also take a short hike to the Salto Grande waterfall and Grey Beach.
Upon exiting the park, we’ll drive along the shores of Lake Toro and Lake Porteño until we reach the Milodon Cave Natural Monument, which we will visit..
