    Itinerary

The experience starts at 10:00 am when we pick you up at your hotel and head to the Palermo Viejo neighborhood, where you will be welcomed by your host. A presentation will be given to outline the day's activities.

Our first activity involves lighting the fire and preparing the salads and the chimichurri sauce to accompany your meal.

Around 11:15 am, you will visit the local square, butcher shop to compare beef cuts, bakery, and wine store with your guide, Frank. Along the way, you will stop to admire local street art. Upon returning, you will sample a 'picada' and learn about Fernet made with Coca.

Before sitting down to eat, there will be an explanation and demonstration on how to roast different cuts of meat on the Argentine grill.

To conclude the lunch, you will enjoy a dessert known as 'vigilante,' which consists of cheese paired with quince or sweet potato sweets, accompanied by delicious mates.
