Some of our activities and tours are physically demanding, and may pose a health or safety risk. For your safety, you must disclose before booking if you are suffering from any injury, medical condition (such as pregnancy, epilepsy, asthma or cardiovascular conditions), disability, disease or illness which may be aggravated by participation in, or may interfere with your ability to safely participate in our products. If you are unsure, or have any further questions, you should contact us before booking.

Check-in at Holt Street Wharf is open at least 1 hour prior to the departure timeFlash photography is prohibited while dolphin feeding. Please do not wear insect repellents, perfumes, deodorants or sunscreens into the water. Travellers with a cold, flu or respiratory illness are not permitted to join. Wear something you do not mind getting wet and remove any sharp or large hand jewelry. Waterproof waders can be hired from The Eco Centre. Disinfect your hands in the bucket provided before handling the fish. Violators will be asked to leave the water immediatelyOne carry-on bag is allowed per traveller (max: H56 x W36 x D23 cm)
*Conditions apply to whale sighting guarantee. Australia’s largest dedicated Whale Watching vessel may not operate every day, and a smaller vessel could be used as a substitute. Further conditions may apply. Cruise departs from Holt Street, Pinkenba, Brisbane. Whale Watch cruise is weather dependent. Tours depart and prices valid June 2025 – October 2025.
*Dolphin feeding experience is dependent on dolphin attendance, tide and weather conditions.
“Sightings Guarantee and Weather Conditions”
*Whale Watch sighting guarantee offers a refund if cruise is cancelled by Tangalooma due to bad weather conditions, or if no whales are seen on the Whale Watching Day Cruise.
*Tangalooma enjoys a 98 - 99% attendance and sighting rate. During peak season we are confident of a 100% figure. If, however, no sightings occur on your tour you will be credited with a second tour at a future date.
*If the guest cancels Whale Watch Cruise no refund applies. All cruises are dependent on weather conditions and cancellation may occur at short notice.
Please note:
*Return launch time for the Sunset Cocktail, Wild Dolphin Feeding and Sea to Sky Packages is approximately 7pm in winter and 7.30pm in spring.
*Standard beverage voucher entitles guests to their choice of soft drink, tea, coffee or water on Whale Watching vessel.
