This set includes an admission ticket to the Tokyo SkyTree Observatory and a Tokyo Subway 24-hour Ticket (a one-day pass), which allows you easily explore Tokyo city. Book this set and save more!
The Tokyo Subway Ticket is a great-value ticket that allows you to take unlimited rides on all Tokyo Metro lines and all Toei Subway lines for 24 hours from the start of use.
Please select a designated date and time for admission to Tokyo SkyTree when booking the tickets.

HOW TO GET THERE:
Please collect a physical ticket with the voucher at the Ticket Counter on the 4F of Tokyo SkyTree.

HOW TO USE THE TOKYO SUBWAY TICKET:
Please collect a physical ticket from ticket vending machines in Tokyo Metro/Toei Metro Subway stations. The ticket vending machine guidance and the train map are in the attachment.
Please check the attached file for the exchange locations and method.
If there is no ticket vending machine at your departure station, please ask the station staff and you will be guided to a station where there is a ticket vending machine to collect the physical ticket.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The tickets cannot be canceled or changed.
RESTRICTIONS:
Children's price still applies to primary school students at 12 years old.
This ticket cannot be resold. A resold ticket will be invalid.
REQUIREMENTS:
When collecting an admission ticket/train pass, the QR code issued after the booking is required. Please bring a device that can display the QR code or show a printed voucher.
Please note you can’t collect a ticket or enter an attraction if you can’t show the voucher with a QR code.

Please note that the QR code to collect the Tokyo SkyTree Admission ticket and the QR code to collect the Tokyo Subway Ticket are separate.
Please present the voucher at each location accordingly.

In case of bad weather or other emergencies, the facilities will be temporarily closed. Please check the website of each facility before visiting.

TICKET VALIDITY:
The Tokyo SkyTree Admission Ticket is only on the date and time specified at the time of the booking made.
The Tokyo Subway Ticket is 12 months from the purchase date:
After the physical ticket is collected, the validity period will be indicated on the ticket.
The valid time will be printed on the ticket when you start using it to pass a ticket gate.
If you enter the station and board the train within the valid time, you can still leave the station even if the valid time is passed.
If you do not start using the ticket within the validity period, the ticket will be invalid.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Once the booking is completed, we'll send you a voucher via email which will include a QR code and important information about the meeting location, time, and a local contact telephone number. The voucher will be sent within two business days after the booking has been received. Please ensure to provide the email address where the voucher will be sent and review the voucher carefully once received.
