        * For customers wanting to use the mobile app, please download the app Paris City Vision TEA from your Apple Store or Play Store. A code will be communicated afterward to activate the app in your language.
        * Show up at Place de Sydney, near the Eiffel tower where a member of our staff will give you your restaurant reservation and the Eiffel tower ticket.
        * Be aware that, although you will have a reserved access to enter the Eiffel Tower, there may still be waitings at the security check and for the lift.
        * Depending on your booking schedule, you can enjoy lunch or dinner.
        * For safety reasons, the Eiffel Tower’s 3rd floor is not accessible to visitors with reduced mobility or certain health conditions, due to the lack of stair access in case of an emergency.
