Important Notes:
* Please advise your clients, upon their arrival in Rome, to call our office to reconfirm all the pick-up times of their excursions.
* Prices for museums and sites could be increased or extra fees for temporary exhibitions might be applied by their Managing Companies without prior notice: this is beyond our control and we cannot be deemed responsible for these changes.
These increases are applicable also on bookings previously confirmed: the extra charge will have to be paid in cash at the time of departure if no different indications are given.
* A supplement may incur for services booked on special dates e.g. festivities, bank holidays, Sundays etc. We will inform about the supplement during the reservation confirmation.
* Please note that the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica are active places of worship. Therefore, some areas may be subject to sudden closures without prior notice. We will not be held responsible for such closures.

* Cancellation policy: it will be communicated at the moment of the final confirmation.

Between 14 & 7 working days before departure 25%
From 6 to 4 working days before departure 50%
From 3 days or no-show 100%

In case a different cancellation policy applies, we will notify it at the moment of the booking.

Optional St. Peter’s Basilica supplement
Add one more hour to the tour and get inside St. Peter’s Basilica that houses, among other artworks, the G. L. Bernini’s canopy near the altar and the Pietà by Michelangelo. The tour wouldn’t be complete without a walk in St. Peter’s Square, the open space before the basilica, redesigned by G. L. Bernini, an architectural masterpiece of the Baroque age.
