Itinerary
We will start our adventure today starting from Puerto Varas at 8.00 hrs, or if you prefer to go by your own account, we will meet at 10.00 hrs at the meeting point in Petrohué
The first mandatory stop of this experience is the visit to the unique and unmissable Saltos del Petrohué, a place where the waters of the river flow over volcanic lava rocks giving rise to an incredible natural spectacle.
We have to contemplate the falls and we will reach the Petrohué sector, on the river of the lake. This place is recognized for its natural landscape and the emerald color of its waters.
Here we will climb onto the catamaran "Lagos Andinos", which will take us to sail the Lake "Todos los Santos", from where we can enjoy the incredible views over the water of the Volcanes Osorno, Calbuco, Tronador and Puntiagudo, in addition to all the abundant vegetation that surrounds us.
After approximately 2 to 3 hours of navigation, we will disembark to visit Villa Peulla. This small and remote mountain village in the middle of the Cordillera de Los Andes stands out for its incredible landscape surrounded by rivers, waterfalls and volcanoes, being part of the Valdivian jungle.
In this village we will walk along a beautiful path to see the emblematic "Cascada Velo de Novia" and we will have time to have lunch (not included).
Once in Peulla, you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities, which you can include additionally. You can choose between:
- Hiking and exploring the surroundings of Peulla on foot and discovering the biodiversity of the Valdivian jungle. And discover the emblematic "Cascada Velo de la Novia".
- Bike rides, if you prefer this option you can rent a bike and take the scenic routes in the area.
- You can also enjoy a delicious Chilean "Typical Almuerzo" in a local restaurant.
- You can simply enjoy a "Tiempo Libre", explore the town, visit the local church or simply relax in the middle of nature.
Luego, we will return to the catamaran to return to Todos Los Santos Lake, enjoying the panoramic views with the changing colors of the evening… we will arrive at the Petrohué muelle, and from there we will go to your hotel in Puerto Varas.
