        * At time of booking, you must include the following details: Airline, Flight Number, Departing City / Arrival City, Arrival Time, Hotel Name, Hotel Address, Return Hotel Pick-up Time
        * The Sedan carries 01 to 03 passengers (driver english speaking only); Van is suitable for 04 to 08 passengers (with english speaking guide).
        * When you arrive at Rio's Port, please go to the Cruise Terminal Pier Mauá - The guide will be waiting for you at the exit gate of the Cruise Terminal 4 (right in front of the Kobra Mural), greet you with a sign with the Gray Line Logo and will walk with you to the vehicle.

We offer a private transfer service to take you from the International Airport to the Cruise Port or your hotel or vice versa. Singles, couples, families or groups, Gray Line can handle all your ground transportation needs. Ask for our special large group rates.

          Our English-speaking staff will greet you when you clear airport or port customs - just look for your name and the famous Gray Line blue diamond.

          Pick-up at International Airport, Santos Dumont or the port.

          Transfers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
