        * It is forbidden to pick flowers or plants inside the gardens.
        * Time schedule for private tours will be confirmed at time of reservation request, unless differently indicated on the itinerary.

        * Tours start and end at centrally located hotels or areas designated by the client (centrally located).

        * Please advise your clients, upon their arrival in Rome, to call our office to reconfirm all the pick-up times of their excursions.

        * Prices for museums and sites could be increased or extra fees for temporary exhibitions might be applied by their Managing Companies without prior notice: this is beyond our control and we cannot be deemed responsible for these changes.
        These increases are applicable also on bookings previously confirmed: the extra charge will have to be paid in cash at the time of departure if no different indications are given.


        * A supplement may incur for services booked on special dates e.g. festivities, bank holidays, Sundays etc. We will inform about the supplement during the reservation confirmation.

        * Please note that the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica are active places of worship. Therefore, some areas may be subject to sudden closures without prior notice. We will not be held responsible for such closures.
