Your driver will drop you off at Piazza dei Miracoli, home to Pisa's top four monuments: the Cathedral, the Baptistery, the Monumental Graveyard and, of course - the Leaning Tower. The tour continues to Lucca, where you can visit its greatly appreciated 16th century intact walls. The ancient town has preserved the rectangular, Roman plan and evidence of an amphitheatre can still be seen in its famous Piazza dell'Anfiteatro. Another urban attraction of Lucca is Via Fillungo, a lively cobbled street filled with unique shops, restaurants and local people. Don't miss the Guinigi Tower and its roof garden, the Clock Tower, and St. Martin's Cathedral. Before heading back to Florence, take a relaxing walk along the city walls, in the shade of the trees, from where you can enjoy wonderful views over the city and its rooftops.
