          Itinerary

          Meet your private Guide at your hotel and start your visit admiring the marvelous Duomo complex with its monuments completely covered in polychrome marbles: the Cathedral with the great Duomo by Brunelleschi, the Baptistery and Giotto’s Bell Tower. Your private tour will proceed on to the imposing and singular stone building of the Church of Orsanmichele, in which the wonderful tabernacle of Orcagna, a masterpiece of the Florentine Gothic Art, is located. Then, your private guide will escort you to the lovely Mercato della Paglia with its famous "piglet" and to the spectacular beauty of Piazza della Signoria, where to admire the sculptural masterpieces of Loggia dei Lanzi and the imposing Palazzo Vecchio with the crenellated tower of Arnolfo, one of the most famous symbols of the city. The wonderful prospective of the open gallery of Palazzo degli Uffizi opens onto the square: in this famous museum you can admire countless works of art among which the most loved painting in the world: the beautiful “Birth of Venus” by Botticelli.
