The frequency of PortoSightseeing buses may differ from advertised because it is subject to delays due to accidents, traffic jams, breakdowns, events of differente nature, route deviations imposed by municipal authorities or police and others that are not foreseen and did not allow advanced notice.
The ticket is valid for use on the Porto sightseeing tour as a hop on hop off ticket for 24h , from the time the ticked is validated.
The ticket is not transferable.
For safety reasons passengers are required to remain seated on the upper deck of the buses while they are in motion.

ANIMALS TRANSPORT: No charge is made for guide animals for blind or hearing impaired passengers, providing that the owners present an official document attesting to the need of being accompanied, to the driver before the start of the journey. All dogs must be kept on a carrier while on the vehicle. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any dog (including guide/hearing dogs) if in the opinion of the driver-operator/conductor to do so would jeopardize the safety of the other passengers. In the interests of health and safety the Company policy is to convey only one dog in each bus at any one time. No other animals or pets will be allowed under any circumstances
