        * It is 45KM and 1hour from Shanghai city center to Guangfulin Songjiang.

            Itinerary

            As the cultural root of Shanghai, Songjiang preserves brilliant and unique prehistoric, ancient and modern cultural significant features. You will visit the Guangfulin, an archaeological site over 5,000 years but was constructed from 2009. The part under water covers more than 9,000 square meters presenting the ancient local life and the culture. The part above water shows the discovery about the region. Follow the visit to the Shimao Wonderland, a stunning structure of the Intercontinental hotel built on the site of an abandoned quarry. Lunch in the local residential area followed by a walk in the Songjiang University Town, the largest higher education center in mainland China. Before trip back to downtown Shanghai, visit Fangta Park, one of the first celebrations of traditional Chinese architecture after the Cultural Revolution including the city's Square Pagoda and Mazu Temple.
