Detailed Description
Peninsula Valdés was declared as World Heritage of Humanity and contains throughout its extension different unique species that find in the area a place conducive to developing their lives. It is a 6-hour day tour, accompanied by naturalist and bilingual guides.
The first stop will be at the interpretive center Carlos Ameghino Isthmus, where you can have quick references on fauna, flora and geology of the Peninsula. Also will get to see the panoramic to Golfo Nuevo, San Jose and Bird Island.
Continuing the land route, subject to season, weather and tides, will be visited in different order or combined with other stops: Caleta Valdes and Punta Cantor to observe elephant seals, penguins and sea lions. During the trip, you may also observe guanacos, rheas, maras, armadillos, grey foxes.
Return to the harbour after 6 hours of excursion.
