Itinerary
Let's discover today the perfect trilogy in the Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park: the adventure of the Osorno Volcano, the beauty of the Petrohué Falls and the turquoise color of Lake Todos los Santos.
Our adventure begins by leaving from your hotel in Puerto Montt at approximately 08:30 or Puerto Varas at approximately 09:00 hrs.
Once in Puerto Varas, known as the "City of Roses". At 09:10 hrs, we begin our tour bordering Lake Llanquihue, enjoying a beautiful postcard with the snow-capped Osorno and Calbuco volcanoes in the background until we reach the Ensenada sector.
From Ensenada, we begin the ascent towards the Osorno Volcano SKI and Mountain Center, located at 1,240 meters above sea level. For approximately one hour, you will have time to enjoy the landscape, take photographs and appreciate an unparalleled view of the summit of the volcanoes with their eternal snow glaciers, the Calbuco Volcano, Lake Llanquihue and the Pacific Ocean.
Optionally, passengers can serve themselves a coffee or sandwich at the on-site cafeteria or take the lifts to ascend to 1,450 meters high at the Primavera Station or 1,750 meters at the Glacier Station, from where they can observe a wonderful e impressive view of Lake Llanquihue.
At 11:45 hrs, we will begin the descent of the volcano towards the Ensenada sector, where we will have time to enjoy a delicious lunch in a natural environment (not included).
At approximately 2:00 p.m., we will leave for the Petrohué Falls. Here, paying for access to the National Park, we will appreciate one of the most iconic sites in the sector: the Mirador de los Saltos del Petrohué. This place presents the Petrohué River flowing between large masses of crystallized lava, immune to erosion for centuries and formed by smaller stones joined by a vitreous material that stands out to the eye. This tour lasts approximately 30 minutes.
At 3:00 p.m., we will head towards the Port of Petrohué, located on the shores of Lake Todos los Santos. Within the time stipulated in this sector, you will have the option of sailing through the bay of the lake for 30 minutes (not included) or taking a gentle walk along the shore of the lake, all surrounded by an evergreen forest, the majesty of the Volcano Osorno and the spectacular turquoise color of the Petrohué River.
Finally, at 5:30 p.m., we will return to the hotel full of unforgettable memories of impressive landscapes and connection with nature.
