In addition to our limited no-exception five-minute grace period: we cannot give directions or contact the guides on the phone once the tour begins. This is to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests on the tour. Our Guides will focus on the tour and cannot be responsible to help you connect after the tour begins.
Changes to tours and spots we visit may occur due to schedules of restaurants, public holidays, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. Applicable substitutions will be made in this case.
Minimum of 2 guests, Solo travelers may be accepted with a private fee supplemental charge or can be added if we have space on an existing tour.
Weather Reminder:
On rainy days, we recommend bringing an umbrella. They can be easily purchased at any convenience store.
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, we kindly request that you contact the supplier at 81-3-6820-2250 to reconfirm the meeting time not less than 24 hours prior to the tour date. We also request that you be ready at the designated meeting point 10 minutes before the tour start time.
