Detailed Description
Embark on a seamless adventure with our excursion package in Mendoza. Enjoy the convenience of round-trip transfers from the airport to ensure a stress-free start and end to your journey.
Enjoy breathtaking views of the Andes Mountains range and its landmarks during the High Mountain Sightseeing Tour in Mendoza. Along the road, you'll be impressed by the Cordon del Plata mountain range and the Potrerillos Dam by Mendoza River for an unforgettable experience in this beautiful city. The first stop is at Uspallata, a pre-Hispanic settlement of Huarpes aborigines and the southernmost point of the Inca Empire.
Continue to the villages of Picheuta, Polvareda, and Punta de Vacas. Along Route 7, we'll reach the viewpoint of Cerro Aconcagua. Here, we will make a stop to take photographs of the highest peak in the Western Hemisphere, Mount Aconcagua, which stands at 6,962 meters, all while not losing sight of the impressive natural architectural wonder, the Puente del Inca.
Following the international route, we reach our ultimate destination: Las Cuevas, a European-style village, located 3200 meters above sea level. From there, we find a path that takes us up to the “Cristo Redentor” monument, located 4200 meters above sea level at the border between Argentina and Chile, symbolizing the union between the countries (only visited during summer months).
