Born and raised in the Sant’Ambrogio neighborhood—the city’s food hub—your chef will open the doors to their kitchen and share insider tips on cooking the perfect Fiorentina steak, grilled like a true Florentine.

        Bistecca alla Fiorentina is the pride of Florentine cuisine. Made from Chianina beef, it’s seasoned simply with salt and extra virgin olive oil and cooked on the grill. The meat is tender and juicy, and traditionally served rare to highlight its rich flavor. Your chef will guide you through every step of the process, teaching you the techniques to cook it to perfection.

        But first, let’s start with an appetizer: nothing better than bruschetta to get your taste buds going. After a quick aperitivo, it’s time for the star of the show—Bistecca alla Fiorentina!
