-Children must be 12+ years to hand rays(souvenir gift will be substituted for children under 12)
-Wear shorts or trousers & closed toe shoes
-You will be required to kneel down when you feed the ray
-Be mindful of your noise, do not make loud noises.
-Do not touch the animals or the contents of their enclosure.
-Children are the responsibility of their parents/guardians or carer and must be supervised at all times. Children cannot attend this tour without a guardian present.
-Please tread carefully in this area, do not run in this area. There may be water present on floor.
-Lifts, escalators and accessible toilets throughout the attraction.
-If you are unable to walk onto the viewing deck for turtle hospital, you can still see the turtles in the tank through a viewing window.
-Wheelchair or Pram is accessible for Self guided walk through however not for -Behind the Scene Guided Tour due to the Nature of the tour.
-Companion Cards are not accepted for this experience
