        Essential Information

        * A government issued photo ID must be present at the time of checking in. We do not accept photos of ID's. If there is a minor the actual parent must sign the waiver for the minor. No other adult can sign for the minor
        * Bring sunscreen, a towel and bathing suit
        * Minors take this tour under parent/guardian responsibility
        * Minimum age: 6 years old
        *Guests under 18 must have a parent at check-in to complete waivers and show photo I.D.
        * All participants must be able to swim. Upon arrival to Key West follow your driver/guide’s instructions.
        * Hotel Pick-up will be from 6:00am to 7:30am.
        * We’ll make rest stops on the way to Key West. Approximate free time there is from 12:00pm to 5:00pm.
        * The boat departure is subject to good weather conditions
        * Cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 100% service charge. No-show is not refundable.
        * COVID-19 updated information: Facemask is mandatory for all passengers over 8 years old. Sanitizing stations will be available throughout the park. Social Distancing will be cordially enforced, please help our staff.
