■Please make sure to be at the designated pick up point 10 minutes prior to departure time.
■There will be no staff on board other than the driver. This is not a guided tour.
■When boarding the bus, tell the driver your name. You can also show your booking number or voucher.
■The bus schedule may change due to traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. If we are unable to operate as scheduled due to traffic conditions, we will not be able to provide or refund any fees (taxis, accommodations, meals, etc.) incurred.
■If the service is canceled due to vehicle trouble or weather/road conditions, we will contact you or your agent directly via email.
■Vehicles and operating companies may change due to sudden vehicle inspections, etc.
*Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund even if the charging equipment or WIFI cannot be used due to equipment problems, or if the bus you plan to use is changed and becomes a bus without charging or WIFI equipment.
■Please refrain from drinking alcohol or smoking on the bus
