Itinerary
The Half Day HeliFish will have you hooked with full on fishing in half the time! Enjoy over an hour of flight time flying alongside isolated coastline, rivers and billabongs and approximately three hours of fishing in up to three different locations depending on tides, weather and time of day. Fishing from clear banks in creeks and estuaries close to the coast offers great access to popular species including (and not limited to) Barramundi, Mangrove Jack and Salmon.

Information
What to bring: Bring a snack (lunch is only provided on the full day and multi-day safaris), hat, sunscreen, sunglasses and a camera
Weight Policy: Individual passenger weights and accompanying carry on luggage MUST be advised at time of booking. Weight variances greater than 10% may incur an additional fee. Maximum single seat payload of 130kg. For passenger comfort and aircraft weight and balance, passengers exceeding 130kg are required to purchase an additional seat at 50% of ticket price - this is non-commissionable and payable to Nautilus Aviation on day of travel.

THE EXPERIENCE
Our Heli Fishing experiences provide unmatched access to remote, permit-only fishing locations, spending less time travelling and more time fishing while witnessing some spectacular Top End Landscapes along the way.
We offer Full Day Helifish, Half Day HeliFish and custom designed multi day fishing adventures with an option to suit all time frames and experience levels, including absolute beginners.
We catch a variety of fish all year round with target species including Barramundi, Salmon and Mangrove Jack.
All of our pilots are trained fishing guides happily sharing their skills, techniques and local knowledge to give you the best chance of success.
All fishing equipment including quality rods, reels and lures are provided
We practice catch (great photo!) and release to protect fish stocks and the habitats we visit.
All tours operate as private charters with a minimum of 2 passengers (or equivalent payment) required.
Individual helicopter capacity ranges from 3 seats to 5 and is passenger weight dependant.
Multiple helicopters are available to cater for small groups wanting to fish together.
BYO alcohol is permitted.
