This half day city tour Hanoi could be either in the morning or in the afternoon.
Morning Tour
Start the tour by visiting at the Ho Chi Minh Complex, which has exhibits on President Ho Chi Minh's life. We will be able to see the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (please note that it is closed on Mondays, Fridays, and from October to November), the colonial Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh's stilted residence, and One Pillar Pagoda while in the site. After the complex, we continue to the Temple of Literature – Vietnam's first university. We will learn more about the city's unique history and culture by spending time in the temple. Next, a cyclo ride tour around the Old Quarter to experience the exciting local daily life of Hanoians. Stopover to visit the Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son temple. The tour ends after a cup of coffee or tea at an authentic Hanoi corner cafe where you can have talks with local people, exchange cultural ways of life.
Afternoon Tour
Afternoon Hanoi tour starts visiting the Temple of Literature, then move to the West Lake and pay a visit to the oldest pagoda Tran Quoc. Continue drive to Hoan Kiem Lake and the French Quarter (Old Quarter Hanoi), visit Ngoc Son Temple, The Huc Bridge and Ma May ancient house. A cyclo ride tour around the Old Quarter to experience the exciting local daily life of Hanoians.
