Please arrive to our kiosk at 721 Government Street 20 minutes before your departure time. Please check in with our sales agents to exchange your voucher for your Gardens admission and transportation tickets. You will then need to show your transportation ticket to the driver and then you may proceed to board the CVS bus. Once everyone is loaded on the CVS Bus, the driver will introduce himself and will outline the day. You will then proceed through the downtown of Victoria where the CVS driver will narrate the tour and tell you about Victoria and Butchart Gardens. The drive will take approximately 35 minutes to arrive at the first stop at Butterfly Gardens. The driver will drop off anyone who would like to see Butterfly Gardens and pick up any guests waiting to go to Butchart Gardens. The driver will then continue to Butchart Gardens which is approximately a 5 minute drive from Butterfly Gardens. Once you arrive at Butchart Gardens you will proceed to the admission gate and hand the ticket agent your admission ticket. You then can enjoy the gardens and when you are ready to come back you will head back to the turnstile. There will be a CVS sign at the turnstile so you will know where to go. This location is also the same location where you would have been dropped off. Check our schedule so you know when the bus is arriving. Show your transportation ticket again to the driver and hop on board. The driver will head directly back to the Empress Hotel where you started the tour
