* Please note that the QR code on your voucher does not grant access to the stadium. Meet your guide at the designated meeting point.
* The itinerary will be temporarily reduced due to refurbishment works. You will be able to access the Museum, the 21st century model of the Santiago Bernabéu, take a photo with the Champions League trophy (optional), the panoramic view of the stadium and visit both the Madridista card area and the Official Store. Access to the changing rooms, benches, presidential box and press room is temporarily restricted.
* The turf has been removed from the pitch.
* Due to the various events taking place at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, as well as the remodelling works, the Tour Bernabéu may vary its route and timetable.
* Wheelchair users: please note it is not currently possible to complete the entire Tour Bernabéu.
* There are several stairs along the itinerary, so we do not recommend bringing luggage or pushchairs, strollers etc.
* We do not provide a left-luggage service.
* Admission staff may request official documentation to verify the children’s age (ID, Passport, etc). If this documentation is not provided, the payment of the difference corresponding to the adult rate may be required
* CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% cancellation fee applies if canceled less than 24 hours or no show
