Detailed Description
Travel to Torres del Paine National Park, where the glacier is located. Take the Grey II boat to the glacier and get close to its mammoth ice walls, measuring about 40m in height. See numerous floating icebergs and take photographs as you cruise around the glacier.
Cruise for about 45 minutes before deboarding the boat. Head for a small island right in front of the glacier. See the countless cracks and the uneven surface of the glacier.
In case ice calving makes things risky for you, you will take zodiac boats to the glacier instead.
