The kitchen will be led by Italian chef Christian Bonfanti, who brings his extensive experience to the table. Throughout his extensive career, Christian has served as Head Chef at various restaurants in Milan, London, Paris, New York, and Palm Beach. It's worth noting that, during his successful career, he also worked in New York, as Head Chef of the Rainbow Room by Cipriani, in the iconic Rockefeller Center building.
