        Essential Information

        *COVID-19 Guidelines:
        The park will be operating at 25% capacity until further notice as of May 18, 2020
        IMPORTANT: Reservations will be required. A date AND time of visit must be chosen. Walk-ins will not be admitted. We will allow no more than 60 guests at the park in one hour. It is imperative that guests contact us directly for a reservation time, after purchasing their tickets.
        Visitors will be required to wear face protection (mask) while inside the gift shop. Masks will not be required outdoors, but are encouraged
        Staff will put forth extra efforts to clean, sanitize, and encourage social distancing among visitors. Airboats will be cleaned between each tour and we have dedicated full time staff for cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day.

        * Please note hours of operation are subject to change based on seasons or inclement weather. Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
        * Special schedule for December 23 & 26 and January 1: tours will start just after 9am until 3:30pm with a final tour at 5:00pm when the exhibits close. December 24th: Tours will start just after 9am and will run every 20-30 minutes until the final tour at 2:00pm when the exhibits close.
        * Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 6 are required to wear a life jacket for safety.
        * If you need the tour in Spanish, please inform us 48 hours in advance.
        * Cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 100% service charge. No-show is not refundable.

          Itinerary

          Start this adventure with a 30 minute air-boat ride in the Florida Everglades. Your tour will be guided by experienced captains who have received extensive training. During the tour, you'll listen to the tales of how the Seminole and panther once coexisted in this lush wilderness.

          Also, you'll catch a glimpse of endangered wildlife as you skim across the glassy waters. Feel free to let your spirit soar as you view nature at its finest.

          Your adventure will include a visit to the Exotic Wildlife exhibit. A separate organization brings a variety of animals to the park each day to visit.

          Exotic Wildlife exhibit: They strive to educate and enlighten the public about endangered species like the Florida Panther, leopards, wolves, and even some smaller mammals each day.

          The handlers are passionate about the care of these gentle animals and are happy to answer any questions. Please note that the variety of animals on display may change from day to day
