Detailed Description
A minivan picks up the guests: warm greetings, light refreshments, tea, coffee, and water. More detailed information on the sanctuary is provided in the introduction. Fruit and vegetables are provided to feed the elephants, who are asked to wash their hands.
Walk the gentle giants through the park at their own pace to get as much time with them as possible. Observe the elephants bathing in one of their many pools or taking a mud bath.
After the tour, enjoy a traditional vegetarian Thai meal. One of the elephants' swimming pools is visible from the restaurant.
Tour Itinerary
Pick up from your hotel to the elephant sanctuary. Welcome and get an introduction to who we are and why elephants need to be protected. Prepare food for the elephants and then meet and feed the elephants. This is a magical experience and the elephants, of course, love their basket of treats.Stand back and observe the herd as they exhibit natural behavior, such as foraging for food, bathing in the pool, and playing in the mud pit. Transfer back to your hotel.
