Detailed Description
The activity begins with a meeting at our office, located at Deloqui 756, in the heart of Ushuaia. There, you’ll receive a technical and safety briefing, during which our local guide will provide all the details about the tour. We’ll also equip you with everything you need: an electric-assisted bicycle (e-bike), helmet, gloves, waterproof anorak, and overpants—so you can enjoy the ride in total comfort.
After the briefing, we’ll head to the trailhead at Baliza Escarpados, where your adventure on wheels begins. From there, we’ll ride through the Playa Larga Nature and Cultural Reserve, following the shores of the Beagle Channel and taking in spectacular sea and mountain views.
The itinerary includes a notable stop at Estancia Túnel, a historic site rich in tradition and memories of Tierra del Fuego’s rural past. We’ll also visit the Río Encajonado area, surrounded by pristine nature and sweeping panoramic views. Along the way, you’ll witness the biodiversity of the coastal forest, with typical species such as the iconic flag tree, the vibrant notro flowers, cinnamon trees, and wild berry bushes—all set against rugged coastlines and crystal-clear waters.
Once we complete the bike route, we’ll return by vehicle to our sales office and enjoy a well-deserved break at Dulces Pau, featuring a delicious full sandwich, a hot drink, and sweet treats to help you recharge
