Itinerary

Your 4-5 hours morning safari begins when you’re picked up at your hotel in a 4x4 Land Cruiser and head off with your local guide to the desert, just a 45 minute ride from Dubai.
Reaching Lahbab Red Dunes desert, you will get 20–25 minutes to relax. Restroom and toilet facilities are available there. Try quad biking, which is an optional addition. Once your 4x4 vehicle is ready, you will be taken across the desert. Be ready for a 35–45 minutes dune bashing.
The time will be based on your selected tour option. Feel the car bounce around driving up and down the red dunes in the Land Cruiser to get the adrenaline flowing. Try sandboarding, a popular desert activity, once the drive is over. Remember to take plenty of photos before heading to the Al Khayma camp.
At the camp, get welcomed by the Arabian hospitality with a traditional Arabic coffee, sweets (Gawa, Gaymat) and dates. Relax for sometime before a short camel ride (which can be repeated) in the nearby area..
Once you've finished your tour, you will be taken back to your hotel.

Know Before You Go
• On shared tours the actual pick-up time will be within 45 minutes of your selected pickup time
• Infants (under 3 years of age) are not allowed in the car during the dune bashing drive
• This activity is not allowed for pregnant women or those who have back, neck or heart problems
• All desert safari drivers are well-trained, licensed safari drivers. The Land Cruiser vehicles are fully insured and well equipped with all necessary safety features, such as roll bars, seat belts, government tracker, GPS, GMS, and a first aid box, etc
• It is recommended that you do not to eat 2 to 3 hours before the safari trip to avoid sickness during the dune bashing
• Self-practicing quad biking is solely your responsibility. It is strongly recommended that you listen to and follow the tour leader. Please note that any damage, injuries sustained or items lost during quad biking are not covered by insurance
• The tour duration includes the pickup and drop off
