          Weather:
          Some exhibits at Clearwater Marine Aquarium are outdoors and exposed to elements such as rain, wind and excessive heat. Please plan accordingly for your visit with us. In case of inclement weather, certain exhibits may be closed temporarily without notice. These exhibits will be re-opened as soon as weather permits.

          Pet Policy:
          With the exception of service animals, absolutely no pets are allowed inside Clearwater Marine Aquarium. This includes small dogs in purses or other bags. We ask you to make proper arrangements for your pet before visiting – do not leave it unattended in your vehicle.

            Itinerary

            Come explore our unique nonprofit hospital dedicated to the rescue, rehab and release of marine animals. See our mission in action as you discover our rehab and surgical areas and get up-close inspiration from the stories of our resident animals. Learn about the late 'Winter the dolphin', who was rescued and learned to swim with a prosthetic tail at the facility, her rescue was featured in the movie 'DolphinTail'. They have a legacy exhibit to this beloved animal.

            See Atlantic bottlenose dolphins, sea turtles, river otters, stingrays and sharks. Feed a stingray, watch a dolphin presentation, and have your photo taken with a dolphin. You can also take a behind-the-scenes tour of the animal hospital and visit the theater to watch footage of the aquarium's team rescuing and treating injured animals.

            All this and much more await you at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium!
