**Cruise Whitsundays’ main terminal is located in the Port of Airlie (24 The Cove Road, Port of Airlie, Airlie Beach), the most convenient departure point. A short 5-minute walk from the main street of Airlie Beach, this terminal offers limited car parking on site with Easypark from $12 per day. This terminal is easily accessible via Taxi and Uber and has a bus stop on-site. The terminal features convenient airport style check-in and baggage conveyor belts, a large café with indoor and outdoor eating areas, a gift shop and comfortable seated waiting areas
Detailed Description
Sit back and enjoy the sea air on-board the largest sailing catamaran in The Whitsundays. With capped capacity numbers, you can stretch out and relax as Camira sails through the Whitsunday Islands, taking you to the region’s most iconic locations. Departing from Airlie Beach, Camira cruises past Whitsunday Island, passing Daydream, Hamilton and Hook islands en route.
Hike to the Hill Inlet Lookout, leave footprints in the 7km stretch of soft, white silica sand of Whitehaven Beach. Snorkel the fringing reef of the Whitsunday Islands and enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch with all-inclusive drinks.
Physical rating: Please be advised that a moderate level of fitness and agility is recommended for this experience, which includes bushwalking, snorkelling, and climbing in and out of tenders. High temperatures and humidity are possible, especially in the summer months.
*Please also note for any guests wanting to snorkel the fringing reef from Camira, you must have adequate swimming abilities as there are no flotation devices available.
