Detailed Description
The tour begins with the pick up from downtown hotels in Salta.
We will visit the artificial lake of Cabra Corral Dam (the largest water construction in northwest Argentina) and then the Peñas Blancas dam, located in the middle of the impressive natural landscape of the Juramento River Canyon, with its crystalline waters, where you can practice different types adventure sports.
Next, we will visit historical places where important events regarding Argentine Independence took place, the heroic participation of the legendary Güemes General and his brave gauchos. Also, the local guides will introduce us to what is like the life in the countryside and will taught us about the regional agricultural production.
The tour ends with the drop off in hotels in Salta.
