Detailed Description
The tour starts with the pick up at hotels in Salta, between 07 y 07.30 am, in off road vehicles.
From Salta we will travel to enter the Andes mountain range, along the Quebrada del Toro, following the beginning of the first part of the Train to the Clouds route, arriving at one of the most important pre-Inca sites of Argentina, where once used to be 2000 natives. There we will visit the archeological site of the citadel Santa Rosa de Tastil, its terraces and the museum.
Then we continue to the Laguna del Toro, located at 3000 meters high, is undoubtedly a place of great natural beauty and excellent for birdwatching, such as pink flamingos, Andean ducks and other species. Surrounded by this incredible landscape, we will enjoy our lunch, before beginning the return
Return to Salta hotels in the afternoon.
