To participate in this tour, you must have good physical condition and prior experience in riding a bicycle. Before departure, a short test ride will be conducted: those who are unable to ride the bicycle safely will not be allowed to take part in the tour. In such cases, no refund will be provided for the missed experience

The minimum height required to ride the electric bikes is 150 cm (4'11"), and the minimum age to participate in the tour is 14 years

It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for cycling. During the summer season, the use of hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen is advised

All participants must carefully follow the guide’s instructions and obey traffic regulations. The organization is not responsible for any accidents resulting from reckless behavior or failure to comply with safety rules

Electric bikes require a minimum level of coordination and riding skills. It is essential to be able to handle the weight of the bike, especially when going downhill

In the event of voluntary withdrawal from the tour before its completion, a €30 contribution per person will be charged to cover the logistical and operational costs associated with bicycle recovery and service reorganization.

Please note that, in the event of voluntary withdrawal from the tour, no return transportation will be provided by the operator, nor will any taxi or shuttle service be arranged. Participants who choose to leave the tour early will be responsible for arranging their own return transportation.

Rain Policy: Tours operate rain or shine.
Participants must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled start, regardless of weather.
Failure to appear constitutes a no-show; no refund will be issued.
Light rain: the tour proceeds; the itinerary may be shortened.
Heavy rain: the Organizer may reschedule the tour or offer an indoor alternative activity.
Orange or Red Weather Alert (Allerta Meteo Arancione / Rossa): The tour is cancelled. Participants may reschedule or receive a full refund

Important Rental Information: Third-party civil liability insurance is included in the tour price. To cover potential vehicle damage, clients are required to choose one of the following two options before departure: purchase an additional insurance for €20.00 per vehicle (non-refundable) or sign for a €200.00 security deposit hold on their credit card, which will be fully released/refunded at the end of the tour provided there is no damage to the vehicle. After a very short training session, the adventure on two wheels will begin! Breathe in the timeless atmosphere of Florence and discover its masterpieces, from Piazza Duomo with the majestic Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore to the bustling Piazza della Signoria, the heart of the city. Your expert guide will explain the history of the city and the family that made it great through the centuries, the Medici Dinasty. After that, you will leave the historic center by cycling toward the famous Florentine hills, along the most picturesque avenues just outside the center, until you reach Piazzale Michelangelo, the city's most iconic panoramic terrace, from which you will enjoy breathtaking views of Florence and its monuments. Here you will have some free time to have a coffee and take some beautiful souvenir photos.

After capturing this unique scenery, climb back aboard your e-bikes and begin the descent from the Piazzale following your expert guide through the hills and tree-lined avenues of the city, which offer unforgettable glimpses among sunny parks and exclusive villas.
