Detailed Description
Explore the previous capital of Siam in a one-of-a-kind and life-changing way: by the tuk-tuk! Check out the most significant sanctuaries, such as the “Leaning back Buddha”, the most fantastic sanctuary in Ayutthaya, and the famous “Wat Mahathat”, one of the most prominent temples in the kingdom during the reign of Ayutthaya. On top of that, the temple complex is fairly big, and you should plan on spending at least half an hour exploring every corner and cranny. Fundamentally, you won't miss any cool spots in this once relentless and prosperous city!
Fun fact: The Wat Mahathat is like no other structure, and it looks incredible because it’s distinct from the others! The Head of the Buddha is surrounded with tree trunks and roots which developed around it throughout the century.
