Detailed Description
Send us details of your flight arrival at Ushuaia airport, and a driver will be waiting for you after your arrival, holding a sign with your name, and we will take you safely to your hotel in downtown Ushuaia.
Starting from the hotel in a minibus, this exciting journey takes us to Tierra del Fuego National Park, specifically Ensenada Zaratiegui, offering stunning views of the Beagle Channel with Redonda, Hoste, and Navarino islands in the background. We then embark on a seven-kilometer hike along the Coastal Path, exploring diverse flora, avifauna, and ancient Yámana settlements. After a three-hour hike, we reach Lake Roca for a hot lunch. Post-lunch, we enjoy an inflatable "dukies" river ride, getting closer to Lapataia Bay where the Pan-American Highway and National Route No. 3 end. Throughout, a knowledgeable guide shares stories about this remote place, its wildlife, and its flora. Finally, we return to Ushuaia by minibus.

In this exciting excursion starting from the hotel along the famous Route 3 that crosses the Fuegian Cordillera, we will explore the impressive Lakes Escondido and Fagnano. We will descend from the main road, following the ancient loggers' trails with the help of 4x4 trucks, traversing forests and natural challenges. At Lake Fagnano, we will enjoy a delicious traditional barbecue and explore the surroundings. Then, we will continue to Lake Escondido, where in summer, we can go canoeing, and in winter, we will enjoy winter activities at the Tierra Mayor Winter Center before returning to Ushuaia via National Route 3. Whether in summer or winter, this excursion offers an unforgettable experience in the majestic Land of Fire.
