Detailed Description
Send us details of your flight arrival at Salta airport, and a driver will be waiting for you after your arrival, holding a sign with your name, and we will take you safely to your hotel in downtown Salta.
Starting from the center of Salta, we will embark on a 2-hour car journey towards Coronel Moldes, passing by the Cabra Corral Dam and reaching the impressive Juramento River Canyon. There, we will meet up with the guide at the base, who will provide guidance on rafting and safety. Equipped and prepared, we will venture into an exciting 12-kilometer descent through 12 Class II and III rapids, enjoying the majestic canyon surroundings. The journey concludes at Los Lapachos, where vehicles will be waiting to take us back to the base and treat us to a delicious lunch of grilled meats, sausages, salads, and drinks. We will have free time to explore the surroundings, rich in archaeological history, before beginning the return to Salta around 4:00 PM.

After meeting at the meeting point, Hotel La Candela (Pueyrredón 346), we will start the “Safari to the Clouds” offering the unique possibility of combining three unforgettable tours of Northwest Argentina in one unforgettable day:
Then, we’ll head to Salinas Grandes, one of Argentina’s most striking salt flats. Here, a local guide will take us through the vast salt expanse, the turquoise lagoon, and, weather permitting, the Ojos del Salar (subject to seasonal restrictions).
The journey continues with a drive along the stunning Cuesta de Lipán, a winding road that descends 2,000 meters over 35 kilometers, offering dramatic views as we transition from the dry Puna desert to fertile valleys.
Our day will conclude with a stop in the picturesque town of Purmamarca before we return to Salta.
