Itinerary
1st Day (Tue.) MADRID – SALAMANCA – PORTO
Depart from our established hotels in Madrid. Please refer to your documentation for detailed departure information. Drive to Salamanca. Free time in this University City Heritage of Humanity of great architectural and artistic wealth. Departure to the Portuguese border until you reach Porto. Accommodation.
2nd Day (Wed.) PORTO
Breakfast at the hotel. Panoramic sightseeing tour of Porto, considered World Heritage city. We admire the Cathedral, Stock Exchange building and Santa Clara church. Afterwards, enjoy a different perspective of the city along the river Douro aboard the BlueBoats Cruise and discover the historic heritage visiting one well-known Port Wine Cellars with a wine tasting included. Rest of day at leisure. Accommodation.
3rd Day (Thu.) PORTO – COIMBRA – FATIMA
Breakfast. Departure towards Coimbra, home to one of the oldest universities in Europe and cradle of Fado. Free time. Continuation to Fátima, center of the Christian Faith and a World Pilgrimage Sanctuary, with its impressive Basilica and the Cova da Iria, where the Virgin Mary appeared. We recommend visiting the Chapel of the Apparitions, the heart of the sanctuary, with the tombs of the three little shepherds: Lucía, Francisco, and Jacinta. In the evening, possibility to attend the candlelight procession. Accommodation.
4th Day (Fri.) FATIMA – BATALHA – NAZARE – ALCOBAÇA – LISBON
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to the Batalha Monastery, a masterpiece of Gothic and Manueline architecture, designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Continue to the picturesque fishing town of Nazaré. Free time, then proceed to Alcobaça (also a World Heritage Site), with its Gothic church and Cistercian monastery, whose origins date back to the 12th century. Continue on to Lisbon. Arrival in the Portuguese capital and accommodation.
5th Day (Sat.) LISBON
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, enjoy a city tour of Lisbon, formerly known as Olissipo, covering its main squares and avenues, the Belém Tower, the Jerónimos Monastery (exterior), and the Monument to the Discoveries. The afternoon is free to explore the city’s charming corners, such as the Alfama district, or to join the optional excursion to Sintra and Cascais (both World Heritage Sites). Accommodation at the hotel.
6th Day (Sun.) LISBON – MÉRIDA – CORDOBA
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Mérida, a World Heritage city. Mérida, capital of Extremadura, is known for its rich historical heritage, including its well-preserved Roman ruins: the theatre, the amphitheatre, the Roman bridge... Free time and continuation to Córdoba, once the capital of the Caliphate. Accommodation at the hotel.
7th Day (Mon.) CORDOBA – SEVILLE
Breakfast at the hotel. Impressive tour of the Mosque, today a Cathedral, that will ease our mind and spirit strolling through its narrow winding streets of the Jewish Quarter. In the afternoon, after a short two-hour ride reach Seville. Accommodation at the hotel.
8th Day (Tue.) SEVILLE
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, monumental and panoramic city tour, including entrance to the Cathedral, the second largest in the Catholic world after St. Peter’s in Rome. We will also visit the typical Barrio de Santa Cruz, the natural setting of “Carmen” and the place where the myth of “Don Juan” developed, as well as María Luisa Park and Plaza de España. Afternoon at leisure to explore different perspectives and local flavors of this vibrant, sun-filled city. Accommodation at the hotel.
9th Day (Wed.) SEVILLE – RONDA – COSTA DEL SOL
After breakfast at the hotel, drive south passing typical villages. Reach Ronda; free time to admire this town of Celtic origin and the marvelous view of the valley and mountain range. In the afternoon, continue on to the Costa del Sol, one of the most modern and important international tourist areas. Accommodation at the hotel.
10th Day (Thu.) COSTA DEL SOL
Breakfast, dinner and accommodation at the hotel. Day at leisure for you to enjoy the wonderful beaches of the Costa del Sol and surrounding areas. Accommodation at the hotel.
11th Day (Fri.) COSTA DEL SOL – TARIFA/ALGECIRAS – TANGIER – FEZ
Departure along the tourist route of the Costa del Sol and arrival in Algeciras or Tarifa. Board the ferry for a short and interesting crossing of the Strait of Gibraltar towards Africa. Arrival in Morocco, disembarkation, customs formalities, and continuation by coach to Fez. Dinner and accommodation.

12th Day (Sat.) FEZ
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, visit the oldest and most monumental of the Imperial Cities, visiting the most interesting places: the 7 gates of the Royal Palace, the Jewish Quarter or Mellah, the Bab Bou Jeloud gate and a walk through its magnificent Medina or ancient city, declared a World Heritage Site. 13th Day (Sun.) FEZ – RABAT – CASABLANCA – MARRAKECH
Breakfast and early departure towards Rabat, diplomatic and administrative capital. Visit the most emblematic places of this city such as the exteriors of the Royal Palace, the Mausoleum of Mohamed V and the Hassan Tower. Continue to Casablanca to visit the most interesting places, such as the United Nations Square, the Boulevard de la Corniche and the exteriors of the Hassan II mosque. Once the visit is over, free lunch en route and continuation to Marrakech. Optionally, typical Fantasía Chez Ali dinner under Kaidal tents. Accommodation.
14th Day (Mon.) MARRAKECH – CASABLANCA
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, city tour of the so-called “Pearl of the South,” beginning with the magnificent Menara Gardens, featuring a side pavilion and countless olive trees. Afterwards, exterior visit of the Koutoubia Minaret, the twin sister of Seville’s Giralda. Entering the old part of the city, we will visit the Bahia Palace, once owned by a nobleman of the city. Finally, arrival at Jemaa el-Fna Square, one of the most fascinating places in Morocco, from where we will access the souks and the medina. Guilds of artisans in woodwork, ceramics, leather, and spices will be among the highlights of the visit. Lunch at the hotel and departure to Casablanca. Arrival, dinner, and accommodation.
15th Day (Tue.) CASABLANCA – TANGIER – TARIFA/ALGECIRAS – COSTA DEL SOL
After breakfast at the hotel departure to Tangier. Transfer to the pier to board the ferry to return across the strait of Gibraltar back to Spain. Drive towards the Costa del Sol. Dinner and accommodation at the hotel.
16th Day (Wed.) COSTA DEL SOL
Breakfast, dinner and accommodation at the hotel. Day at leisure for you to enjoy the wonderful beaches of the Costa del Sol and surrounding areas. Accommodation at the hotel.
17th Day (Thu.) COSTA DEL SOL – GRANADA
Breakfast. Departure towards the city of Granada, last stronghold of the Moorish Kingdoms up to 1492. Visit the world-renowned Alhambra complex and Generalife Gardens that have inspired several authors, such as the “Tales of the Alhambra” by Washington Irving. Accommodation at the hotel. In the evening, optional Flamenco Zambra show.
18th Day (Fri.) GRANADA – MADRID
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure heading north towards Madrid. * Guided tours will be available in Toledo until March 31, 2026

Offered two different hotel categories, Superior T or Superior Plus A. Both categories, first-hand selected, guarantee to all our clients a comfortable accommodation with high quality standards. Bear in mind that Superior Plus A tends to be centrally located.
Even though our tours run bilingual, please select the preferred language at time of booking.
1 regular suitcase and 1 handbag per person is allowed. Any extra luggage is likely to be charged. Luggage handling is responsibility of the customer

(*) In the event that the Patronato de La Alhambra y el Generalife, on some dates, does not grant tickets for the participants in the visit, compensation will be offered for the loss of these services, at the discretion of the operator.

- It is necessary to have passport details at least 45 days before departure to manage the passage to Morocco
- It is an essential requirement for the government of Morocco that the validity of passports is longer than 6 months, including a full stay in this country
- Only one piece of luggage per person will be accepted. Passengers must pass through customs with their baggage.

Room Capacity: Children under 4 years old, free of charge sharing twin room with 2 adults (one child per room maximum). All their expenses at parents charge directly. Children 4-7 year old, sharing room with 2 adults (maximum one child per room only)
Cancelation conditions: A penalty consisting of 30% of the total amount of the trip if the cancellation occurs between 30 and 21 days before the start of the trip; 60%, if this occurs between 20 and 10 days before the start; and 100%, if the withdrawal is made 9 days before departure
